PIMS Poll: DSS Tenants Yes or No?

DSS tenants are tenants who receive housing benefits. There are pros and cons of taking on DSS tenants, as with other types of tenants. 

Many Landlords are successful at renting to tenants in receipt of universal credit [DSS], others are highly reluctant to rent to DSS Tenants. What is your preference ?
