The series follows properties that are bought at auction and refurbished by the buyer who is usually a property developer or buy-to-let landlord. The programme has been accused of painting the auction scene a little “too rosy” – what do you think?

Britain’s Benefit Tenants
This show follows two agencies on the front line of the social housing crises, where more and more benefit tenants are renting from private landlords instead of local councils or housing associations. Experiences of the tenants, landlords and letting agents are shared in interview. The stories followed tend to quite negative, focusing on problem tenants and “what happens when struggling tenants cross private landlords”.
