Applying for Grants

It may be that your property requires some work to bring it up to standard or qualify for HMO or selective licensing. You may even qualify for a grant!

If you are an owner-occupier, a Landlord or are disabled, you may be eligible for financial assistance to carry out repairs, improvements and adaptations to your property.
