How to Apply for a Bailiff

Only where the Landlord is in receipt of a Possession Notice and the Tenant has failed to moved out by the specified date can the Landlord apply to the courts to have County Court bailiffs instructed to evict them. (There is only one exception a Section 42 Notice)
