"Since owning rented property I have always been of the mind, it's not if your tenant will cause you problems its 'when'. Tenant issues have now happened to me on 3 occasions i.e. non payment of rent. Being new to the business i searched the internet for advice and read many articles. After landing on the PIMS website I decided to join to seek advice and assistance. The day after I joined I emailed them my issue and they got back to me virtually immediately asking me to phone them. The advice I received was sound and assisted me in sorting out my problem and getting the rent owed.

Letting property is a legal minefield and if 'due process' is not followed properly, the landlord will fail their attempt to evict a tenant. PIMS advice has given me the confidence in knowing that when I have an issue, I can follow the correct process.
