• Commission fees. The requirement is that an Agent discloses to the Landlord any fees the Agent may derive from the tenant. Many Agents already declare these fees in their accounts returns.

• Introduce new rules for Letting Agents re inspections - The key point being permission from the tenant must now be  expressed not implied nor by default  Letting Agents re inspections 

In recent years there has been significant new Landlord Letting Legislation and numerous revisions to previous Housing Acts - to be frank much is punitive, over burden, over kill and confusing.
