Wales a happy place for tenants

7th Mar 2016

A recent poll/survey states that tenants in Wales are the most happiest with their landlords.

The Association claims that 92% of renters in Wales that were surveyed were pleased with their landlord, East Midlands were runner ups with 83% alongside the North West and South West with the same satisfaction score.

The lowest region was in the North East where 67% of tenants were satisfied with their landlord
Overall the average satisfaction rate across Britain was reported at 79%.

Hayley Cowburn, Brand and Marketing Manager of PIMS, said: “Despite the doom laden news in the press about private landlords, as it makes good copy, the Association’s survey demonstrates once again that landlords are responsible and honourable,

“We send reports to and survey our members for feedback about any issues they have with their tenants, to help and for information gathering on the latest actions of rogue tenants, so that we can advise all of our readers of the latest scams out there.”
