The data has found that the average UK property prices rose by £11 per day, unfortunately this is not the case for London as apparently the capital's property prices have been consistently falling day by day.
Britain's average property prices from January to the end of June increased by £2,046, however the research uncovered major regional differences.
West Midlands was the best performing area as average property prices increased by £36.58 per day which over the six months rose by £6,695.
Not far behind was the South East with a daily average increase of £35.32 per day, with an average six month increase of £6,463, the North West came third with £20.39 per day or £3,731 in total over the six months.
Unfortunately for London it was the worst performing region in the UK with an average property price daily devaluation of £71.23 - an average £13,035 loss during the six months.
The capital was not alone in property prices drop as throughout Scotland the average daily loss was £20.59 with an average loss during the six month period of £3,768.
The South West's property price growth was relatively quiet with an average rise of £4.55 per day - £832 for the first six months, which even the North East outperformed with a dally increase of £6.97.
Laura Howard for the UK property portal, said: "An increase in the total value of housing was recorded across nine of the 11 regions analysed, with average property values in the West Midlands making the most for homeowners."
