6th April 2015 - IMPORTANT UPDATE - law change Section 8 Notices

8th Apr 2015

All Section 8 Notices given after 6th April 2015 for properties in England MUST be compliant with new legislation. If not they shall be invalid read more about new prescribed forms. 
 
Such new Section 8 Notices must include amongst others the text "as amended by section 151 of the Housing Act 1996 and section 97 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.
