PIMS.co.uk are pleased to announce Landlords and Letting Agents can now produce Tenant Credit Checks and Traces online instantly SEE VIDEO BELOW

Why are Tenant Credit Checks FREE to PIMS members ?
  • Every year a portion of membership fees are used to forward buy a volume of credit checks, in turn these are provided to members FREE of charge. To ensure fair usage FREE credit checks are as follows. Letting Agents 10 checks per year. Landlord 5 checks per year . If membership paid quarterly no more than 3 in first quarter of membership but may be carried forward; meaning if in second quarter 6 FREE credit checks to a max 12.
All our data is from Call Credit,one of the ONLY three companies in the UK who have this data. Experian and Equifax being the other two companies. Many other companies and Landlord Associations are charging £10 - £20 for a report and we are providing them FREE to our members It's all part of the benefits of being a PIMS member
