Members update change to PIMS Section 21 & AST

Parliament voted changes on the 9th Sept and from the 1st October 2015 Section 21 Notice in England will become a prescribed form - NEW rules apply.
Changes to PIMS AST as a result of the above an immediate update to the PIMS Tenancy agreement will ensure optimum compliance. As is all PIMS Tenancy agreements are fine provided the tenancy commences before 1 st Oct 2015. The reason for the change is we want to incorporate the tenants acceptance that they have received documents as required by the imposition of new section 21 Notice compliance requirements In reality the PIMS AST will suffice as is but we feel an addendum signed by the tenant saying I received ABC would be beneficial
