A tenant eviction firm says that London's courts' are under extreme pressure to keep up to date with landlords' possessions claims. It names the Top 5 which are; Central London, Willesden, Barnet, Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, and Croydon.
Its figures shows that within London, one in four people are living in rented property and that the whole process of repossession is outdated and cannot keep up with the demand.
It says that the Capital's courts are so overstretched by sheer numbers of possessions, that they are even "farming" them out to administration centres to help process the "mountain" of claims, as they cannot cope in-house.
