Barratt Homes is being extremely bullish by stating that over the next six months Feb - July, they intend to ease the housing crisis by building 13,500 new homes across 90 sites.
In its latest trading announcement, the week beginning the 19th January, they said their number of homes that had been built increased by 12%, and that they had a very healthy book of forward sales that was up by 17% on the previous year.
Clare said: "With a sales rate of 0.58 net private reservations per active site per week in the period we are on track to deliver our target of 15,700 completions in the financial year 2015. The sales rate in the prior year comparable period was exceptionally high reflecting the launch period of Help to Buy in 2013,”.

Under section 42 of the County Courts Act 1984 it is possible for the Court to transfer a matter from the County Court to the High Court for enforcement but leave (permission) of the Court is required first. The transfer time varies from court to court and can take up to 28 days, but normally takes far less. An application to seek permission can be made either at the time of making the possession claim or after possession has been ordered.
