The production company behind the highly successful shows 'Grand Designs' and 'Escape to the Country' Boundless Productions, has been commissioned to make a documentary series for BBC One, and are on the lookout for successful landlords and property investors with ten or more rental properties.
The production company intends to show how the landlords and property investors built up their business and how they view their role in the highly competitive rental market.....however there is a caveat.
Those who are chosen to take part will have to 'pose' as tenants and be prepared to stay in 'digs' for a week.
The chosen candidates will be asked questions such as what was it like when they were once a tenant? (Yes... a prerequisite). Have things changed in the market since they rented a 'home'? Have tenants requirements and needs changed as longer tenancies are on the increase? After their week's experience have they picked up guidelines to help improve their business?
There is not much time to apply as Boundless Productions will be filming later this month and any landlord/property investor with ten plus properties can apply.
Richard Merrick commented: "It will be interesting to see if Fergus Wilson applies as he's had more than his fair share of five minute fame."
