STRICT EXCLUSIONS NOW APPLY WhERE Request for membership to assist with Tenant Eviction

We have dealt with thousands of evictions, they are time consuming and resource intensive. Our service includes 7 days a week helpline, Section 8 and 21 Notices, assistance with court forms and more.

Click here to become a memberThis service has become so popular that we are now restricting the number of new cases we accept and as of 16th Feb 2016 due to the introduction of more rigorous compliance regulations we have elected to decline certain types of new eviction membership requests. As always existing and accepted new memberships will always continue to benefit from the full range of services.

YES you may  join  only if non of below apply. If you require eviction assistance you will require an annual membership Landlord £79,  Agent £99.

If at the time of applying for a membership  any of these apply then you are NOT eligible to become a member of PIMS

  • You have already applied to court and have been notified of court hearing for Section 21 Notice Eviction
  • The Tenant or their legal representative has lodged or multi track case [counter claim] for a section 8 Notice
  • An application for possession or Bailiff has been struck out or denied-
  • The landlord or Agent is not compliant with Deposit Legislation, HMO or Selective Licencing, HHSRS obligations and you have already applied to court.
  • There is claim of retaliatory eviction and you are prevented from issuing a Section 21 Notice in accordance with the 2015 Deregulation Bill

For the avoidance of doubt all existing members, renewing and new members will continue to be supported even in above cases.  However we are declining new cases where Landlords have tried to go it alone and made a mess and then wish to join so PIMS advisors can untangle it all. Such cases are fraught with problems and could have been easily avoided by following the PIMS Ending a Tenancy - Eviction Flowchart. Where we have declined a membership we recommend you contact a solicitor who specialises in Property Law.
