New Prescribed Forms - 1st Dec 2016 must be used England

The Secretary of State, has exercised powers to instruct that landlords must hereafter use new prescribed Notices/Forms when issuing Section 8 Eviction Notices, Rent Increases etc. What this basically means is that if you issue the old or wrong notice/form then what you have requested shall be void. Applicable properties located in England only  
 
As an example - in simple terms if you issue a Section 8 Notice that does not comply with new format from 1st  Dec 2016 any application to court will be thrown out as invalid eviction application
 
New Section 8 Notice England - Section 8 amended 1 Dec 2016 to allow provision for Immigration Act 2016- Right to Rent legislation.  and April 2015 for  Anti Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014
