Section 21 Court Application Wales
Please note this relates to WALES ONLY [Process Changes 22 Nov 2017
The major change in this form is that should the landlord not have registered with Rent Smart Wales or assigned authority to an approved Agent then they are ineligible to issue a Section 21 Notice and will be unable to answer Q8 and Q9 - Therefore court application will fail
