Electrical Safety Certificates
Within the Housing Act 2016 the legislation foundations were laid for mandatory electrical safety certificates in all rental properties.
There is an underlying ground shift that these rules shall be implemented in the near future for the government have completed the required consultation - which is pre-emptive of its coming just a question of when.
