Rent Arrears Second letter 3 weeks over due
Reminder letter 3 weeks rent now due. The reason being three weeks - is should the tenant fail to pay the next months’ rent. Then providing your tenancy agreement say like ours "payable in advance" then you are entitled to issue a section 8 Notice 7 days after, should they fail, to pay the rent on time.
