Diary of Events *
A very under estimated process - we are asking due to changes in the renters rights ACT - you document events where appropriate, photos video whatsapp. This document is nothing but a log its the process not the document we are promoting.. Where you have a problematic Tenant, it is wise to keep a diary of events for you may be brought to account for your actions. Examples where landlords have to be extra cautious include accusations of failing to maintain and repair, and Harassment by conduct.

Fit for Habitation|March 2019 The ACT is intended to define minimum standards a rental property MUST
