Company Let Agreement - 2 versions *
Be very careful if you let to a company and they sublet to a family - you will have serious and expensive problems getting possession of your property. Vetting and Guarantors strongly advised.
Whilst the second version is more recent the original is stronger and you do benefit from freedom of contrcat subject to unfair terms.
As the Housing Acts are not applicable to a Company Let, then you are unable to use a Section 8, in doing so could create confusion and it may be argued that you let directly to the tenant and not to the Company. The obligation to perform [pay] is the Company's and you should avoid receiving payment direct from the occupant.
