Tenant Breach Smoking in Premises not shared*
Whilst the tenancy agreement typically does not permit smoking, a smoker will smoke. It is very hard to evict somebody for this breach (Ground 12). However, one can bring the breach to their notice and such may assist in claiming deductions from their deposit. The law differs on HMO shared houses.
