Form 3A: Legal wording for possession grounds

When you complete a Section 8 Notice the correct legal Grounds must be inserted - you not not have artistic licence just add the grounds as is - the objective is to have a valid Notice - nothing else so should the tenant fail to remedy the Breech you have the right of an audience with a Judge - nothing more
