Tenant Defence Form Section 8 Notice
Tenant Filing a Defence -The Rent arrears Tenant defence form is sent to the tenant as part of the defence process. This is only Tenants initial defence but we believe at at mandatory court hearing the duty free shall fact find (motivate the Tenant) and look at other defences (the traditional shall be those on the N5B which highlight non compliance (so looking at court form S21 defence is also prudent)
