Tenancy Check List - May 2025 *
Due to penalties introduce by Renters Rights sign off must be tighter than ever. All new tenancies in England commencing after 1st Oct 2015 require the landlord disclose and provide the tenant with certain information. The objective of this form is to create clarity on what the tenant has been provided with. Should relations with a tenant deteriorate and one be forced to evict then the tenant simply says I never received ABC therefore request to evict via the courts is invalid. The only way you may counter such claim is with evidence, this is what this form provides you with.
