Payment Credit Check - Where limit exceeded

Every year a portion of membership fees are used to forward buy a volume of credit checks, in turn these are provided to members FREE of charge. To ensure fair usage FREE credit checks are as follows Membership 5 or more properties & Letting Agents 10 checks per year Membership type less than 5 properties 5 checks per a member per year If membership paid quarterly no more than 3 in first quarter of membership but may be carried forward; meaning if in second quater 6 FREE credit checks limited to 12 a year. Credit checks provided above limits are at £2.50 per a credit check report.
