Suspended 15 Sept 2015 Starting a Tenancy Agreement Pack (MS WORD)
Due to changes introduced by the Prescribed Section 21 Notice Legislation in England we are suspending this Pack for England. There will be a new pack that will cover these changes AND also address Wales Housing ACT requirements
The Starting a Tenancy Pack includes The Tenancy Application Form, Tenancy Agreement, Optional Guarantor, Prescribed Information, Standing Order Form, Section 21 Notice.
Members have the option to add tenancy details in MyPims and documents can be mail merged to produce personalised Letters, Notices and Forms. All documents are FREE to members.
