Where the Landlord changes or appoints an agent they must inform the tenant. This is a cover letter for a Section 48 Notice - Also under the Renter Rights they MUST clearly inform the Tenant who is responsible for repairs and to who rent should be paid - The Agent MUST be a member of a Letting Agent Redress Scheme
