About us

We are specialists in the Landlord Legislation and Management and as a team are responsible for publishing materials that are currently being used by many thousands of Landlords, Letting Agents and Councils throughout the UK.

We have a wealth of experience in the Private Residential Sector with over 25 years of accumulated knowledge and expertise.

Our philosophy is we do everything we can to deliver a quality service and help members. We do not accept advertising and are financed purely by membership fees. We continue to grow through recommendation.

Landlords and Letting Agents become members of PIMS.co.uk® so they may benefit from instant access to a wealth of knowledge and experience. Our Helpline 7 days a week is an invaluable service.

Letting Property and Tenant rights are governed by many complex laws but if you are able to digest them in meaningful bite sized chunks that you can relate to,  then you are able to understand, manage and resolve situations that may arise during the Tenancy.

This is our mission "Property Information Made Simple". We provide clear, concise and accurate information.

Our content, lettings documentation and helplines are all designed to help our members become more conversant with and able in their profession of Letting Property.

Whilst we cover all aspects of Landlord Tenant Legislation, our speciality is Tenant Eviction. Once you become a member production of Notices and Lettings documentation is automated. As examples a personalised Tenancy Agreement can be produced in 5 seconds and a more complex Section 8 Breach of Tenancy Notice takes 3 minutes.

Our Helpline is available 7 days a week and we have vast experience in dealing with Tenancy related issues.

The marketplace has never been stronger with Rental properties achieving higher rents month on month as house prices are not realising their true value. Many people are now taking the decision to become Landlords or having their Property investments managed by Agents. Residential Property Investment now offers to their owners an alternative means to maximise their property's value to supplement their incomes, help prepare for retirement or to provide an opportunity to start a new business enterprise.

As a PIMS®' member, you will have instant access to Quality Information, Member Discounts, Free Documents and the Landlords' Helpline with Industry experts answering your questions and guiding you in finding the best solution to meet your needs.

All of these services and products are available 7 days a week, so why not JOIN TODAY? Call the PIMS® Freephone numbers now on 0800 999 7467 or 0800 999 PIMS.
