This document defines our expectation of the tenant. In addition, informs them how they must return the property at the end the tenancy. The property and contents should be handed back in the same condition as they were at the beginning of the tenancy (allowing for normal wear and tear); the rent must be up to date, and all bills (gas, electricity etc.) settled in full.
