Possession application for breach of Tenancy May 26*

Court form detailing the Particulars of claim for possession(rented residential premises) To be used where the landlord requires possession for a breach of tenancy. May only be used after the section 8 has expired and application form N5 must also be submitted. Breach of the Tenancy Agreement will result in a court hearing. This form most is commonly used for breach for Rent Arrears (if rent arrears we do NOT recommend you use this process, call helpline) but may also be for acts of crime, nuisance, or damage to the property or furniture.
