Rent Arrears Third letter 7 days after second missed payment
Seven days after the second payment has been missed - The Tenant has breeched the Tenancy agreement (provided rent payable in advance) you are entitled to issue a Section 8 Notice. You can make the tenant aware you will proceed (or are doing so) with legal action should they fail to co-operate. This letter can also act as a cover letter for Section 8 for rent arrears
