Periodic Inspection
An inspection is the ideal opportunity to assess the internal and external condition of the property. It may also be used to enquire as to the tenants’ situation and intent to renew or discuss any problems such as arrears or complaints. The inspection should be no more than every 3 months in frequency and for an Agent no less than every 6 months. Ideally, the request for an inspection should be in writing.
