- We require a Holding fee from them. This demonstrates their commitment to proceeding with their stated intent of renting the property. People often yes only to withdraw later. We must issue the Tenant a receipt for the Holding fee Print Form
- You should continue to take phone numbers of prospective Tenants who contact you - just in case the intended Tenant does not proceed or fails the Tenant Credit Check or Tenant referencing
- We require the Tenant complete the tenancy application form so we can proceed with the vetting process.
- We should provide the Tenant with a receipt for the Holding fee and Guidance notes as to how we proceed or NOT.
