Members Guidance

We recommend you serve the Notice with a Witness.

VERY IMPORTANT - Too many Landlords applications for possession are rejected because they are not entitled to make an an application because they have fail in a component of the required compliance. The way for you to avoid becoming a victim of this is to do a test run of completing an application for possession. If you spot a problem it can be remedied .

This is far better than making your application after the expiry of the Notice and then being told you have to attend a court hearing. At the hearing you are be told you have to begin again.
