Where rent arrears exist [Grounds 8,10,11) use the
online process, where you seek possession on breaches that are not rent arrears related, you must firstly issue a Section 8 Notice that cites the grounds then complete the following:
If after the expiry of the section 8 notice the tenant has failed to either vacate the property or remedy the breach.
