Every person has a credit score, this is an assessment how they manage their financial affairs (bank account, mobile phone, utilities, any form of finance). The lower the score the higher the risk, a score below 400 is deemed likely to default on paying see credit score

When we peform a credit check we also search all known addresses (linked to them) and check for Court Judgements (see sample CCJ report) and negative history. The higher the score the better the risk see score detail

To request a Tenant Credit Report please provide

Date of Birth	10/09/1965 is required

Important in accordance with the Data Protection Act you MUST have the Tenants or Guarantors permission to perform a credit check on them, this is typically granted on the Tenancy Application Form given to the Tenant or Guarantor
