Break Clauses

The best way to give both the Landlord and Tenant the advantage of being able to end the tenancy term early, is by inserting a Break Clause into the agreement.

The inclusion of the Clause within the agreement works well because should the relationship be failing or the tenants’ circumstances have changed, either party may invoke the clause.

The Break Clause can be worded as below:
