Four Steps to Tenant Eviction

Tenant Eviction is an established legal process. The key principle being if a Tenant will not leave voluntarily only a Bailiff can remove them, anything else is unlawful eviction.

    Step 3 - Granting of Possession by post or Court Hearing 

    Step 4 - Bailiffs - Tenant refuses to abide by court order

    How long will it take me to evict my Tenant?

    From serving of an Eviction Notice to the final act of the Bailiff removing a Tenant can take 3 to 5 months to regain possession of your property. It all depends how far you are down the Eviction process you are.
